My background

Scientist

I obtained a PhD in Environmental Toxicology in 2009, and a "habilitation à diriger des recherches" in Environmental Chemistry in 2019.

In 2011, I obtained a permanent contract at a Norwegian research institute in Tromsø. In addition to my role as a researcher, in 2012, I became responsible and coordinator of the biochemistry laboratory.

These fifteen years spent in research have enabled me to develop solid skills in project management, leadership, written and oral communication (internal and external).

I have always been passionate about my work as a researcher, which is exciting, rewarding and highly diversified.

But a few years ago, I realized that I was overwhelmed by administrative tasks, which were essential to my work but didn't add any value to the science.

All these administrative constraints were diminishing my scientific productivity, while generating stress and frustration linked to the management of ancillary tasks.

Yet these same tasks, carried out as part of the management of the laboratory or the academic coordination of teaching at the University Centre of Svalbard, gave me deep satisfaction, gratitude and recognition.

I then realized that administrative management, when it's a value-added task, is very rewarding and fulfilling, whereas it quickly becomes frustrating when it's an obligatory constraint.

Digital assistant and copywriter

Returning to France for family reasons in 2020, I taught biology for two years in High school, before deciding to start to work as a digital assistant and copywriter.

In 2023, I took a digital assistant training course to perfect my skills and acquire new knowledge and know-how in the use of digital creation and management tools.

That's how IziO Management came to be able to offer you efficient administrative management and copywriting solutions to optimize your time and enable you to focus on the tasks you're passionate about.
